How it works

Together we’ll have an initial goal setting session to agree the priorities for the mentoring sessions and to set some goals.

Mentoring sessions will then be weekly or fortnightly, and we’ll work on achieving your goals each session.

At the end of each session you’ll be set some actions to go away and work on – if you don’t then you won’t get the full value out of the mentoring programme.

It’s very much a step-by-step process in order to make sure that you do achieve your goals rather than you setting goals and then you’re left to get on with it on your own.

Who is it for?

We offer three and six-month programmes specifically for people that have already got existing social enterprises rather than for start-ups, and want to focus on achieving or solving a specific issue over that time period.

If you’re in the start-up phase, generally what you need is one or two mentoring sessions to get you started (these can be booked as individual sessions - add link to book 121 mentoring session within online bookings).  These are very cost and time effective if you need advice on something specific or have already spent hours online searching and are totally confused - and want to get a definitive answer to your questions.

Prices start from £360 +VAT for a one-off session. The 3-month programme is £3,000 +VAT
